Morrone can be let as one large house (sleeping 11) or as two separate properties (sleeping 5 and 6 respectively). The house and cottage are linked by a lockable internal door and each has a separate entrance.
Morrone House (sleeps 5)
Morrone House is a large 3 bedroom property. It is heated by gas central heating with an additional gas stove in the kitchen/dining room and an open wood and coal burning fire in the lounge.
Bedrooms and bathrooms (upstairs)

- Double bedroom with a super kingsize bed and bay window

Lounge
A beautiful large, carpeted room with open wood-burning fire, bay window and French doors leading to garden. There is also an upright piano, a TV, DVD player and stereo. The lounge has been refurbished to a high standard and retains a cosy and traditional atmosphere.
Kitchen
The kitchen and dining area are open plan and have been redecorated and refitted to a very high standard in July 2008.

- South facing patio area with table and chairs
Morrone Cottage (sleeps 6 + 1)
The cottage has an open plan kitchen and living area with an efficient wood burning stove. The first floor accommodation consists of a balcony bedroom with twin beds and cot, and a further twin bedroom with walk in cupboard.
Downstairs, a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe is next to the bathroom. This features a bath and shower, and also contains a modern washing machine and drier. A heated drying room is located in one of the sheds and provides a large amount of storage space, a large freezer and drying pulley.
